  Super friendly,respectful, and efficient staff. I could tell everyone seemed to genuinely like working there, which is not always the case, especially on a Saturday! The procedures and payment options were discussed in depth and in a way that is easily understandable!

  I went here for 8 years and previously would have rated my experience very highly. At my last visit, everything went as usual with my insurance coverage and billing. A few months later I was contacted by my insurance company about the payment which I found odd. I went in to clarify if any money was owed and, after looking up my account, was told that there was no balance due by the receptionist. A few months after that I was called by a collections agency regarding the money I owed Aspen Dental. I had never received a bill or notice from the office by either mail or phone; and had been obviously misinformed at my previous visit. I went back in to the office to confirm, and was then told that there was a past due balance on my account. The current staff could offer no explanation other than telling me that no one currently working there was on staff when I last visited, and that nothing could be done in office since it was already sent to collections. While there may have been changes in staff over the past few months, it is clear that there were issues in billing at some point. As no clarification could be made at my visit, I will definitely not be returning and would recommend against this location/company despite my otherwise positive experience in the past.

  The main reason I'm giving this review is because I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted in this office and the dentist (I wish I knew his name) did such an amazing job. I couldn't even feel the ridiculous amount of shots he administered, it took less than two minutes per tooth, and the healing process was nothing. I'm currently having more work done and I have yet to have a bad experience despite being a wimp. Worst part: the X-rays. Oh, I also overheard him giving a patient advice on the procedure she went in for and he seemed extremely knowledgeable and empathetic in telling her he didn't feel comfortable letting her proceed while awake even though she was adamant about having a high pain tolerance. Excellent dentist. I would definitely recommend this place.

  Great service. Fast and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My dental hygienist and dentist took the time to answer all the questions that I had. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental.
