- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately, I have to give this rehabilitation center a two star rating. I loved the physician I was assigned to and the PA was so incredibly nice and helped me recover after my back surgery. They were so professional and chose a plan of treatment to help me recover right away. I really wish I could give them 5 stars, but the manager who worked there (I will not mention her name for privacy purposes) interrupted my appointment while I was in the room one day with the doctor in order to discuss information about an "annoying patient" who was on the phone and needed to speak with the doctor. The thing that really upset me was that this manager mentioned the first and last name of the patient right in front of me. That's a big HIPAA violation! Not to mention that I am a lawyer and have studied cases where HIPAA privacy laws were broken. Not only that, but this manager was talking bad about the patient right in front of me, which is incredibly rude. I could see that the doctor was upset at her for interrupting my appointment and repeatedly apologized for her rude behavior. I just didn't understand why the manager could not wait until my appointment was finished.I just hope this manager does not do this to anyone else. So disrespectful.September 06, 2017by Evelyn Jones
