- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My initial experience was good but after that I will never go back. I have had to wait 29 days so far for my glasses to come in and still waiting..... I waited 14 days before calling because I know insurance can take a little longer. Called back a week later and was told my frames never made it and she would overnight. Here we are a week later AGAIN and I HAD TO CALL to see where my glasses were. Still nothing......I will never go back and I will never refer a single person to this office.
