  This is the worst place to go for your dental care. Staff is extremely incompetent. I brought my x-rays from the previous dentist that were 6 months old but they decided to take more. It took them 15 minutes to take a "few more" x-rays. There were 3 people trying to figure out how to do it. I was hit 3 times with the machine they put inside my mouth and not once did they apologize. It was like the blind leading the blind. After that, the dental hygienist (who was pregnant and had a bad attitude) came in to measure my gums for any type of recession. I have never had that much pain from something so easy to do any time I've ever went to a dentist. I was gripping the chair. My gums were bleeding and swollen where the tooth meets the gum line after I left there. I told her it really hurt and she said "I'll be done shortly". This idiot had no clue what the heck she was doing. I've had maybe 4 cavities in my life and I'm 46. No issues with gum disease ever. I was told by the dentist that I needed a root canal on the back upper right tooth. I told her my previous dentist never mentioned a word about a crown. They charged me 262.00 for x-rays that insurance didn't cover because I just had them done even though I had brought mine in. I said why are you charging me for something that I didn't approve of? She said their x-ray machine takes better pictures. Are you f'ing kidding me? They were gossiping about other patients that called on the phone and that had just left the office. Pretty sad. Finally found a great dentist on the Westside of town. He told me no crown was needed and even took his own x-rays at no charge on the back tooth. These people are cons and complete morons. I would not recommend going there. Heck, their Facebook has an offer for $100 off a crown. Go figure.
