  I came in with a toothache, when my normal family dentist was on vacation. The staff was friendly and kind, and got me in the same day. But the dentist was going to do a root canal. I wanted to tap the brakes on that, and left before getting that work done. The office did give me a Treatment Plan for the root canal, with a total bill in the $1200 range. The next day, my family dentist was back in the office and able to see me. He thought a root canal was extreme given my symptoms and exam. He diagnosed a minor infection from a cut, and prescribed a course of amoxicillin, which was filled for free at the local pharmacy. It fixed the problem. As nice as the ImmediaDent office staff were, and as clean as the office was, they wanted to do an expensive procedure that would make permanent changes to my teeth that appear to be completely unnecessary. I cannot recommend that kind of service. If for some reason the amoxicillin doesn't end up keeping the problem fixed, if I have to go back and end up with a root canal, I will update this review accordingly. But three days into the amoxicillin course, the toothache and swelling has gone away entirely.
