  Worst experience of my life. I went back in August to have a filling done. I wasnt having pain, but I seen it and wanted to get it done before pain appeared or worse. Well... I,ended up having three that needed filled. All next to each other. I told them to go ahead with it. Well how they work here the dentist drills out the cavity and the dental assistant fills it and finishes it. Well... The one I went in for the dentist said may need a root canal, he thought he drilled too deep. The assistant took over when he left and said it didn't need one. She filled it. I felt pain while numb from her filling the tooth next to that one. She told me what I was feeling was not pain just aggravation from the,noise of the drill. She went on to complain about how they were so busy and one of her co workers was a lazy bum. Whatever. A bad day. We all have them right ?Whatever. I was there for like five hours,i was ready to go home. They scheduled me for a cleaning. As I was walking out the dental assistant told me of my tooth "barks" at me to take ibuprofen and come in for a root canal. That right there shows me she knew i needed one. I ended up being on ibuprofen for three months because I could not make it back in. I finally discovered a 24 your dentist near me so I could go ! Discovered I had an infection and I needed that tooth pulled. Kept having discomfort, went back to that 24 hour dentist and the one next to it needed pulled because they drilled too close to the root. My dentist advised I don't return there, and I wont. And I'm sharing my experience. Come to find out, my brother in law went there for two teeth he had bothering him. They pulled one and filled the other. Well guess what! He had to,go back and get the other pulled. They are just trying to get more money out of our insurance in mt opinion. Go to 24 hour dental, I was there for 5 minutes before I was called back and I was in and out. The dentist actually did everything and knew the answer to any question I had and took his time to conversate with me. Immediadent is not worth the wait and you will be sorry!
