  I was given a required new patient exam that they charged $139.00 for (Without telling me the charge for that exam in advance .)Even though I told them I already had seen an opthomologist. When they did the refraction I kept on saying both are terrible. It's all fuzzy. They did not check the perscription to see how well I could read the charts after refraction. When I saw the perscription it was so far off I had them use my old one. They did not give me a list of options to select from for my eye glasses. They just selected the most expensive options! When I complained about the price they said well you are getting high density lenses.... I told them that I wanted basic progressive lenses with AR coating. When I talked to my insurance they said they had filed for tier II AR coating and Tier II lenses. They charged me $20.00 to use my old frames insetead of buying new ones. Never go here. This place is a rip off.
