- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Patient of Dr. Zhu, he is a fantastic doctor and his the nurses are great. Everything else is horrendous, cannot rely on the staff at all. I have had numerous experiences of messages not being passed on when you are calling for days. Every doctor I have been to will call back or get s RX filled that day when you call first thing in the morning especially if it is something that you cannot stop taking, not Southpointe. I feel bad for the doctors there and am already looking for a new doctor after multiple experiences like this.September 21, 2017by Ashish Vaja
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went here for the first time today not having seen a primary care physician in a long time. The reception staff was wonderful and took the time to answer all my questions. I saw Tomeika White NP and she was amazing. She was fun and making me laugh while still answering all of my questions and explaining why she thought I was feeling the way that I was. She made sure to cover all bases and be thorough in her diagnoses and prescriptions. I will be coming back!August 14, 2017by Kaley
