  I'm so sad to have to give three stars. My doctor was C. Williams. She had an excellent attitude and a desire to help. The nurse that I came into contact with was friendly and upbeat, as well. Unfortunately, the way the office was ran will keep me from going back. I had four or five appointments within less than three months. When I would go to check out, I was told that I was "good" or, "all set." I know, these days, it takes medical offices forever to bill and communicate with insurance companies. I figured I just needed to be patient and wait for a total. Two months after my first appointment, my first bill was finally sent to me. I had three appointments in that time. I figured they must have just finally gotten a dollar amount back. Otherwise, shouldn't they have been able to tell me that I had a balance due from my other appointments at check-out? Apparently, you have to specially request that information. So, on my fourth visit, I asked if I could make a payment. I was asked how much I wanted to put down. I asked what I owed. And then, I was told that they "can't see what the copay is." So, apparently, my charges are off in a cloud somewhere and only show up in my mailbox because, it's too difficult for the girl at check-out to figure out what I've been charged. I throw out an even dollar amount. The lady at the desk seems fine with it. Fast-forward to my next trip in, I find out what my total balance is and pay it off. A week later, I receive a new bill in the mail that shows that on the exact same day I made my payment, they decided to charge me a "Rebilling Fee" of $15. When I called to inquire about it, I was told that they "had to bill (me) multiple times" for the first visit. Funny thing, their bills keep every visit and charge for the year on them even after they are paid off. AND, every time I got a new bill was after I had another visit (so, of course, I'd expect a new bill). Unless you sit down with a calculator, you're not going to pay attention to what's what. Not to mention, that last bill didn't even have to go out since I paid it in the office THAT day. Definitely not worth the irritation to go back to that office.
