  Every time I interact with the staff or Dr. I have a smile on my face. They truly love what they do there. I want them to take care of my whole family. Keep up the great work.

  If I could give this dental office zero stars I would!! I had an appointment scheduled for 3/18/16 at 4:20 pm. I even received a text message 2 weeks before my appointment verifying my appointment. When I arrived at the office 10 minutes early, the office door was locked. The one person who was there let me in. I informed her that I had an appointment. She said that no one was there and that they usually don't schedule appointments on Fridays, except once a month, and those appointments are all before 1 pm. I showed her my text message and she could not explain to me why my appointment was cancelled without informing me. I had rearranged my work schedule to come to this appointment. Like most people, I work Monday thru Friday and have to schedule time off to make appointments. All she kept saying was she was sorry. Sorry does absolutely nothing to fix the problem. I also had a billing problem that I couldn't resolve over the phone because it seems like only one person can understand billing issues but none of the front office staff knows how to communicate over the phone. The person in the office was absolutely no help. She did not offer me anything but to reschedule my appointment. When I suggested next Friday, since I'm off for Good Friday and it wouldn't require me to take time off, she informed me that they weren't open. This office has terrible customer service over the last year. They once made me make an appointment to come in and pick up a dental flipper!! I took an hour off from work to come to that appointment and they acted like it was no big deal. Dr. Harris is a nice dentist. But nice dentists are a dime a dozen. I would suggest that if Dr. Harris controls the hiring and firing of the staff that he fire all the front desk people and find some who have customer service experience and know their job. If not, Dr. Harris probably needs to find another dental business because they are going to ruin his reputation. If no one contacts me with a discount or some kind of benefit I will not be returning!
