  Always helpful if questions arise the pharmacist and staff are there for all your needs. They have been very good to me handling my medications and counseling any possible side effects. Great experience overall.

  The pharmacy at beech grove Walmart is a joke. It doesn't matter whether you arrive in the morning, noon or night or whether you've called in a refill or had the doctor call....it's always slow, slow, slow. Just the day before, my doctors office called in a prescription at 10:00 am. The reason I know this is I stopped by the office & witnessed the call. I was at the pharmacy @ approx. 3:00 pm, told it would be 20 minutes so I did my shopping. Over an hour later I went to pic up my RX & was told it would be another 20 minutes. I asked if there was a problem & they merely said no. Keep in mind, there were 4 pharmacy technicians standing around talking & laughing while the line got longer & longer with no one getting helped. It wasn't only me, I could see by their body language, that everyone was fed up. They finally sent 1 (one) technician to wait on me & all the others! I'm afraid this is the rule...not the exception. Walmart may be cheaper but I know I'm going back to CVS where waiting is practically non-existent & they know you by name. Haven't you people realized that it's worth a little more money to the consumer to actually get Good Customer Service? Walmart can't even spell it..Keep this up & wallyworld will eventually go the way of the K-Mart's & Marsh's of this fair city & the used car lots will be overflowing with your bmw's, jags & lincolns, to name a few. I'm sure you won't post this, there would be too many people nodding their heads in agreement.
