  The support staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. Dr. Burns himself didn't have the best bedside manor. Scheduling was a nightmare. I waited a month just to get a consultation and then they wanted me to wait another 3 weeks to get my surgery done. I ended up going somewhere else and getting in within the week. Nice staff, but I would not suggest going here if you're in pain and want something done quickly.

  It is very rare to find a medical practice where EVERY staff member is wonderful! During the consultation, Dr. Burns did an excellent job explaining to my teenage daughter the procedure to remove 4 wisdom teeth and place 2 TADs. On the day of the procedure, they welcomed us and made my daughter feel very comfortable. She is VERY nervous about needles but she said the IV placement did not hurt at all and everyone was very nice to her. While we were waiting for her, the staff came and gave us updates several times. The nurses were so thoughtful while we were getting her to wake up and then getting to the car. We had to make a call to the office on a Saturday and they could not have been more compassionate when I called them after office hours. We live 1 1/2 hours away but it was SO worth the drive!
