- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr Ciaccia & his nurse Lisa are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful during office visits. The ladies at the front desk are always smiling. The medical assistant taking my vitals I believe her name was Cici was very sweet. I highly recommend this facility, it's very clean & well organized. It's always nice to give positive feedback. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I attended Dr. Stephen Carlson, 4 years ago, numerous times in the first quarter of the year. He ordered expensive tests that, he revealed afterwards, could not specifically tell us the problem. He merely said afterword that he expected to see the results but that no matter what came up, he'd still need to do more procedures. All that time, all that money and frustration, and I come to find out two days ago that he had no idea how I was feeling. I felt terrible; I expected to die soon and I planned accordingly. Apparently, he did no such thing. I would have been better off not wasting my time with someone that actually paid any attention to me.
